Head Chef - Fine Dining

Our client, a prestigious fine dining establishment in **Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA**, is seeking an exceptionally talented and creative Head Chef to lead their culinary team. This is a hands-on role for a visionary leader passionate about creating exquisite dining experiences. You will be responsible for menu development, food preparation and presentation, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. The Head Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, staff training, and scheduling.
