Construction Laborer

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a General Laborer for an immediate start in Austin, TX! WEEKLY PAY --- OVERTIME PAY: $22.00/hrHOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 6 days per week (60 hours/week)SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Saturday; 6:00am – 4:30pmSTART DATE: ASAPDURATION: 3+ monthsGeneral Laborer – Industrial / Construction We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support cleaning, maintenance, and material handling tasks on an active jobsite. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe, while assisting with a variety of day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities: Wipe down and clean equipment, materials, and work areasLift and remove floor tiles to access and clean areas beneath, including piping and infrastructureClimb ladders to clean and maintain elevated equipment and surfacesMove and organize supplies, tools, and materials as neededAssist with general labor tasks to support site operationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety guidelines and site proceduresQualifications: Previous labor or construction experience preferred, but not requiredOSHA 10 required (or willing to obtain)Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamStrong work ethic and attention to detailComfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workdayReliable and punctualPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbsFrequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing laddersAbility to work in various environments, including confined or tight spacesComfortable working in an active industrial or construction settingAdditional Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United StatesMust have reliable transportation to the job sitePre-employment drug screen and background check are requiredWE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER!
