Construction & Landscaping Laborer

Position OverviewA&R Landscaping is seeking reliable, professional individuals to join our team. We are hiring for two roles based on experience and equipment availability: Crew Leader (Preferred with Equipment) Crew Member (Equipment Provided if Needed) We are a professional and respectful company focused on quality work, consistency, and growth. Pay Range (Based on Houston Market Averages) Crew Leader (with truck / equipment preferred): $15 – $18 per hour Crew Member: $13 – $15 per hour Pay is based on experience, reliability, and work performance.
